Self-proclaimed gym barbie Steph Heintz (@stepheintz) wants to help women reach their fitness goals and often shares her exercises and health advice on TikTok.

In one video, she said the more you know, the better off you’ll be.

“Things I wish I knew before I got a snatched waist,” she wrote in the video.

Laying on her back in classic pink workout set, she raised her butt and began lifting and lowering one leg at a time.

“Deep core Pilates and leg bridges, instead of sit-ups, will get you a flat stomach and snatched waist.”

Hoping to educate those on a fitness journey, Steph explained why she advocates for this kind of workout.

“I used to waste my time doing so many sit ups in the gym but never ‘felt it’ in my abs or lower belly.

“Since changing my routine to include deep core Pilates moves and leg bridges, I have totally transformed my body, flattened my stomach, and snatched my waist.”

In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, Steph revealed that she had lost 50 pounds since committing herself to a healthy regimen and expanded on her desire to inspire others.

“My content is based on my experience, mistakes I made along the way, the biggest factors in my transformation, and the things I wish I knew sooner,” she said.
