“This chicken grilling hack will change your life!” he said.
Holding up strips of prepared chicken, the cook strung multiple pieces through an iron rod, laying them down on the grill.
“You want to make chicken tenders or chicken thighs but you’re tired of them falling through the grates or having to flip two dozen of them?” he asked.
“Easy fix, put them on some barbeque skewers, now you’re going to be flipping a few of them.
“They’re easy to flip, easy to take off, real easy to get off that skewer, just shake ’em.”
