So it stands to reason that dupes of the sweetly scented shower cream are incredibly popular.

Charlotte took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share a new dupe she’d found in her local Tesco.

“If anyone likes the Sol de Janeiro shower gel but don’t want to pay the price of it…” she wrote.

“This is in Tesco for £2 and often on offer with club card and smells the exact same!!”

She also shared a picture of the Treacle Moon Brazilian Love shower gel.

The shower gel is also available on the Treacle Moon website for £3, alongside a host of other products in the same scent.

There’s a body lotion for £5, body scrub for £3 and hand cream for £2.

Or, there’s a bundle which includes all four products as well as a bonus bath bomb in the same scent for just £16.

People were quick to comment on the post, with others revealing that the shower gel is also sold in other supermarkets, including Asda and Waitrose.

“Gorgeous isn’t it!” one wrote.

“The body lotion is amazing as well,” another added.

As a third commented: “It’s lush!”

“I need to find this!” someone else desperately commented.

Another person said they’d picked up the shower gel for £1.99 in their local Boots.
