“How I stay looking 20-something years old when I’m 35,” she said, fully aware of her secret ingredient to a fresh-faced appearance.

The blonde TikToker (@lovegood_allie) soon spilled the beans – or plants.

“Eat the rainbow plants and herbs,” she said as she put her fork back into her freshly prepared food, and got ready for another bite.

She also gave viewers the scoop on other inexpensive ways that keep her wrinkles – and other signs of aging – away: “Drink homemade distilled water, limit caffeine intake.”

One surprising ingredient she threw in – sea moss.

Low sugar intake and no processed food, were additional diet tips she gave for looking decades younger.

The TikToker even got her groove on to the background music that had lyrics of “dance, dance, dance” as she informed viewers that she maintains a strict sleep schedule.

“Breathwork every day with Gua Sha,” she explained, another free way of staying stress-free, and sculpted-looking.

Many of her over 260,000 followers were in awe of the age-defying techniques, while others had questions of their own.

“So, do you have any vices? Just healthy 100% of the time?” asked one viewer.

“I don’t have the luxury to have vices. I’ve learned to enjoy the food I can eat versus being miserable for over a week,” the video creator responded.

“Thanks for sharing! You look great,” exclaimed one fan.
