An Eyre Peninsula teacher charged with aggravated indecent assault has had his identity suppressed by the court.
The man faced Whyalla Magistrates Court via video link charged with seven counts of aggravated indecent assault.
He was arrested on Friday afternoon after previously being arrested on July 13 over similar matters.
The prosecution applied to suppress the man’s identity under the basis that his name and image would compromise an ongoing police investigation.
The man’s hearing was adjourned by the magistrate and he will appear in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court in December.
He did not apply for bail.
