Two men shot in a “targeted” and “brazen” attack at a hair salon in Sydney’s inner west have links to organised crime.

Police sources have told ABC News the victims, a 33-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, are associated with the Bandidos bikie gang.
The source said police are still investigating a motive for the shooting, but believe it was a targeted attack.
Police are still searching for a white Toyota Camry with the number plate DMM59H, they believe was used as the getaway car.
Yesterday police were called to Marrickville Road in Marrickville about 1.50pm, after reports of a shooting.
Two men were found suffering serious gunshot wounds.
A man aged 20 remains in a serious condition, while the other man aged 33, is in a stable condition, after both were transported to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Superintendent Despa Fitzgerald from the Inner West Police Area Command yesterday said both victims were known to authorities.
“It is very brazen and that’s why we believe it is obviously a targeted attack,” she said.
“It’s not random and it is fortunate that no other member of the public was involved in that incident.”
The 20-year-old man was shot in the chest, while the 33-year-old was shot in his buttocks, she said.
Shortly after the shooting two cars were found burning in nearby streets.
A silver Stinger that was seen outside the barber shop before the shooting, was found at Norwood Lane, Marrickville, while a white Toyota Hilux was located on Hercules Street, Dulwich Hill.
The broad daylight attack occurred right across the road from Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s electorate office, and just down the street from Marrickville Police Station.
Superintendent Fitzgerald said people were also inside the business when the shots were fired, showing the assailants “don’t care where they do it”.
The prime minister was in Canberra at the time, but said his thoughts were with his community.
Police confirmed they are investigating links to other recent gangland shootings, including that of prominent underworld figure Alen Moradian in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
