She stepped into the shower and began washing her hair with shampoo.

“Once you rinse your shampoo, let the excess water drip away, but do not wring the water out of your hair,” Krishna said.

The next step required applying a hair mask throughout.

She then scrunched her hair and squeezed the portion in her hand multiple times.
