GREAT Ormond Street Hospital is refusing to pay compensation to a victim of a sex offender porter who carried out thousands of attacks on young boys.
The man, now 41, was abused by twisted employee Paul Farrell from the age of just five and is seeking £50,000 in damages.
But the world-famous London children’s hospital says his claim was made 20 years too late.
In a case going to the High Court, its lawyers also say that, although Farrell assaulted him hundreds of times, most attacks took place away from the hospital.
Farrell got a minimum of 18 years’ jail in 2021.
He abused boys for more than 35 years.
