The expectant mum looked stunning in a long-sleeved white frock as she presented the Outstanding Achievement award alongside Sheree Murphy and Verity Rushworth.
The trio’s former co-star Mark Charnock, who’s better known as Marlon Dingle, took home the gong after 25 years in the Dales.
While Gemma’s bump was under wraps, it was very much still there, so fans will need to wait a little longer to meet Gemma’s second child.
Speculation went into overdrive on Thursday when Gemma’s partner, Gorka Marquez, posted a sweet caption on Instagram that was misinterpreted by followers.
The professional dancer, 32, shared a snap of himself alongside fiancé Gemma and their three-year-old daughter Mia enjoying the sunshine. The caption suggested that the couple had already welcomed their second baby.
Gorka teased: “Home time with my girls before we became four.”
One fan wrote: “Became?! Has Gemma had the baby?!”
A second posted: “Before we became 4 ??? Has the little man arrived?”
“Became or become??” asked a third.
A fourth commented: “Is baby boy here?!”
It is now clear that Spaniard Gorka simply mixed up his tenses while talking about spending quality time with his family before becoming a four.
Gemma and Gorka, who met when they were partnered together on Strictly in 2017, announced their baby news on Instagram.
Alongside a picture of her cradling her baby bump, Gemma wrote: “Impossible to hide my belly any longer. I’ve officially “popped.”
“Our baby boy will be joining our family later this year.
“We feel so incredibly blessed and Grateful to be on this journey again.
“Mia is absolutely thrilled! Although we may need to do some negotiating on names, as so far she’s adamant he’s going to be called Barbie.”
