In her TikTok video, Vikki (@vikkihillpt) could be seen ripping the padding out of various sports bras as she was in different workout settings.
She had a strong message for her viewers.
“Your body doesn’t define you,” she wrote.
“Let them FREE #ittybittyt*ttys,” she added in the caption, encouraging people to let their girls breathe.
Some viewers in her comments section showed their appreciation for the content creators’ message.
“I needed this, I just finished crying about my body,” one person wrote.
“Love the positivity, some people definitely needed this,” a second added.
Another viewer shared that they couldn’t do without padding in their sports bra.
They wrote: “I literally am flat and I have a sports bra with chicken cutlets in it because I like having boobs. I like my ‘boobs’ they just ain’t real though.”
To which the content creator responded: “Boobs don’t define you lovely – I made the decision to unfollow social accounts with body images I would compare myself to – I recommend it.”
