In another video, Sloane gave even more advice on how to grow a plump booty in the gym.
She recommended doing single-leg hip thrusts in four sets of 10 repetitions on each leg.
She also suggested doing sumo squats to deadlift in three sets of 15 repetitions.
The fitness fan also said kneeling hip thrusts will help grow the glutes.
Finally, she recommended glute bridges in three sets of 25 repetitions.
She had words of wisdom for those who don’t have access to fancy equipment.
“All you need is a dumbbell,” she said. “Grow those glutes in your home or at the gym.”
