Lisa, who triumphed on MasterChef last year, has become an author after turning her hand to writing.
The model and TV presenter has penned a brand new book called Just Getting Started: Lessons in Life, Love and Menopause.
Lisa, 51, went through the menopause in her early 40s and draws upon her own experiences in her book to help other women.
She has even received praise from Hollywood actress and Friends icon Jennifer Aniston.
Lisa shared the cover of her book on Instagram and it features a quote from the 54-year-old US star.
Jennifer says: “Bravo, Lisa, for lifting the veil and shifting the perspective on this season in women’s lives. It’s not the end but a beginning.”
Sharing her joy, Lisa told her followers: “It’s here and I’m so excited to reveal…THE COVER OF MY BOOK!
“I was so overwhelmed by all of the love you gave me when I announced ‘Just Getting Started’ and I knew I wanted to make the cover something really special for you all, and here it is!
“I hope you love it as much as I do 💕💕💕.”
Lisa’s book is coming out this month on the 25th and fans have openly shared their excitement.
