McKayla (@makingitmckayla) shared her try-on haul in a video shared with over 160,000 TikTok followers.

“Y’all have been hyping up the Walmart plus size section so hard lately I had to put it to the test myself,” she said.

She shared her measurements: 290 pounds, 5’7″ in height, 48 inch bust (42F-cup), 42 inch waist and 57 inch hips.

First up, she ordered a bodycon pink and orange tweed cardigan, $30, in a size XXL that came with a matching skirt, $19.

“This set is so freaking cute, I love the colors so much and it has function pockets right here!” she said, popping her hands into the cardigan’s side pockets.

She said that she would add tights to the outfit to make it work-appropriate.

“Depending on how comfortable you are with your belly, may or may not like this skirt,” she added.

“I love it, I think my belly looks adorable and the cardigan does cover it pretty well.”

Next came a plaid pink and orange blazer, $30, in a size 3X that she was not happy with: “Walmart, how can you call this a 3X?” she asked.

She was frustrated that the blazer didn’t close up and was tight in her arms.

Next up was a size 2X red plaid dress, $27, that she loved: “You can throw it on and not have to worry about anything,” she said.

“It’s not too tight in my belly, the arms have plenty of room and my girls aren’t hanging out,” she added.

Next was a white blouse top with eyelet detailing on the sleeve, $20, in a size 20.

“I love that it cinches in here and gives me plenty of room in my biceps,” she said, pointing to her wrists.

“Plenty of room in my belly, I think I would tuck it in though, look great, long enough that it tucks in fine, a 10 out of 10.”

Last but not least was a multi-patterned print dress, $30, in a size 2X.

“I love the color but there’s just something about it, I think it’s the square neck and the back is really high on my shoulders, it’s just a no from me,” she said.

She concluded that she had been sleeping on Walmart’s clothes: “Walmart you’ve been holding out on me girl.”

People took to the comments to share their thoughts on her haul.

“The matching set!!! So cute,” said one commenter.

“The sweater/skirt set looks really cute on you!” said another.

“Walmart is my go to right now, I have items I like in person and online,” agreed a third.
