Not only did she say that the two dresses are “identical” but she encouraged fashion fans to run to Bershka to get their hands on the flattering fit.
Taking to TikTok, she posted her clip with the caption ‘Run to Bershka girls.’
She said: “I’ve got the Skims dress and I also have the viral Bershka dress.
“I wanna see if you can tell the difference between both of them, because they both are identical.
“Bershka really is a dupe.”
Lydia tried on the first dress and explained: “Ok, dress number one – I’m not even gonna say anything because it might give it away, but let me know in the comments what you think this is.”
Lydia then tried on the other dress, which looked almost identical.
She continued: “Second dress – which one is it?
“You literally can’t tell the difference.
“One of these is literally a quarter of the price of the other.
“They’re literally identical.
“I would say that the main difference is the fabric.
“If you’re wanting the Skims one and don’t wanna spend the money, you better run to Bershka.”
Later on, Lydia explained that the first dress was from Bershka and the second was in fact from Skims.
The Skims dress will set you back a whopping £76 but the almost identical number from Bershka is only £19.99.
A whopping £56.01 cheaper and almost identical, it’s no surprise that fashion fans are desperate to get their hands on this bargain buy.
At the time of writing, Lydia posted her video just four days ago, and it has quickly amassed a whopping 686.1k views.
It has 33.7k likes, 140 comments and 203 shares.
Social media users eagerly took to the comments to share their thoughts and many could clearly spot that the second dress was Skims.
