Helen, 32, who recently stripped to her underwear for saucy new snaps, previously revealed her sweet notes to her kids before heading to camp in Kruger National Park.

Now she has made public their tender moments on FaceTime while she was miles away.

One sees fresh-faced mum of three Helen beaming as she chats to youngest Charlie, aged two, while in isolation for the show.

Another showed her radiating natural beauty while wearing a blue face mask and wrapping her freshly-washed hair in a matching towel.

She is seen getting some fresh air as she soaks up the sunshine on her hotel balcony.

The soap star also captured her suitcases piled high in her hotel room and zoomed in to a picture of a tiger on a wall.

She wrote in her caption: “Super excited for Monday the 24th as @imacelebrity South Africa is starting.

Helen and the other campmates all survived the Australian jungle, but the show now promises to “test them live never before”.

ITV has promised “bigger and tougher challenges” in the “harsher” environment of the South African outback.

With no public vote, the stars will be competing against each other to be crowned the first ever “I’m A Celebrity Legend”.

Her latest TV stint comes after she split with husband and baby daddy Scott Sinclair.

Despite rumours the pair had reunited during a recent family holiday to Dubai, Helen recently told how co-star Carol had given her key advice about her relationship.

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa starts on Monday 24th April at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
