The Sun can reveal the Towie stars took their chemistry further with a one-off romp abroad.
They’ve always been close and had a lot of fun and laughs together but had never crossed that line before.
And Harry said he wants their friendship to remain platonic.
He told The Sun that in the heat of the moment they couldn’t resist – but they’ve vowed not to let their friendship get messy.
When quizzed on any secret hook-ups abroad, Harry confessed: “Thailand, something happened in Thailand but we can’t give that away yet.”
Laughing, their pal Saffron Lempriere jumped in: “It might involve the two best gays in Essex. Mentioning no names.”
Junaid covered his blushes with both hands, and Harry continued: “Obviously me and Junaid are very very close, we’ve always been close friends.
“Very close friends. Sometimes love can only go as a friend, you’ll have to wait.”
Harry was previously engaged to ex fiancé Dean Rowland and he famously dated Towie legend Bobby Norris.
Harry and Junaid’s fling will play out in upcoming scenes on the ITV Be series.
The Sun revealed how episodes are now filmed three months in advance to protect stars from vicous online trolling.
Opening up about the consequences of filming scenes close to when they’re on telly, Saffron, 30, told The Sun: “The show took the measures to do that because the trolling is heavy – throughout the industry.
“I think the idea is that in three months’ time we’re all talking, but in that week we might not have been and it adds more fuel to the fire.
“You get an influx of s*** and you’re in it even more whereas now you can breathe.
“You are looking forward to seeing it and the reaction because you’re not as in it. It can become a bit toxic.”
Towie airs at 9pm on ITVBe this Sunday.
