As Detroit child care owner Betty Favors waited out the worst of the pandemic shutdowns, she looked ahead to when she could safely reopen Cribs2College Academy and welcome back the 75 children she prayed were safe at home.
After more than 25 years in business, Favors figured when things finally got back to normal, so would the kids.
