A MAN who works as cabin crew has shown his incredible transformation from a 10 to a minus 4 when he’s at home.

He began his video by showing how he looks when he’s working for Ryanair – with his hair perfectly coiffed and wearing a smart, white, freshly pressed shirt and tie.

Richie then showed how he looked at home.

His hair was all over the place, he looked shattered and he had some visible stubble too.

He was also wearing a relaxed red T-shirt.

“It takes a village,” he captioned his video.

“i’m a solid 10 when i’m done up for work and then a 3 at home haha,” one person commented on the clip.

With Richie replying: “I’m a minus 4 at home.”

“What a change,” another added.

“It’s witchcraft really,” Richie responded.
