WE all carry our weight differently – that goes without saying.

Lately, TikTok users are taking to the video-sharing platform to show exactly what their bodies look like specific to their height and weight.

One such TikToker has given a very clear view of what that looks like on her 5ft 2in and 160-pound body.

Ky (@kyleim.fit) is a fitness coach who takes her craft seriously.

Her TikTok is full of motivational videos recording her height and weight at different points of her fitness journey.

She even gives the sizes of the workout gear she’s wearing in particular videos, in an effort to give people a realistic view of what different bodies may call for size-wise.

In one video, Ky ways 160 pounds.

The 5ft 2in woman is determined to show what that weight looks like on her body, even baring her stomach to give followers a good idea.

Leaving viewers with a motivational message, she wrote: “Remember this is what 160lbs looks like on a 5ft 2in body.

“Body weight can look different on everyone. Don’t focus on the scale!”

Some people in the comments section of the clip completely identified with the way Ky looked.

“My exact body type!” one wrote.

“We have the exact same body type AND I’m 5ft 2in, 160 pounds,” another chimed in.

Another person who seemed to be the same height and weight expressed that their body composition was a bit different.

“Girl we’re the same but don’t look like it at all,” they wrote.

And others commented on Ky’s beauty, like one person who wrote: “Gorgeous gorgeous girl.”
