The TV presenter, 51, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last August, shared a photo of her using a biro to colour in her brows.
Looking in the mirror, Sarah could be seen holding the pen above her eyes and smiling.
She wrote alongside the photo: “When you forget to draw your eyebrows on and only have a biro to hand!! It sort of worked… Brow…brow goals.”
Sarah’s fans raced to comment, branding her an “inspiration” for her honest updates.
One wrote: “You are such an inspiration. Hurry up and get well we miss you super programmes.”
Another echoed: “Such an inspiration to all women in similar situations. Beautiful with or without hair.”
A third said: “A girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do!! Love a bit of improvisation. Still beautiful.”
Sarah has been undergoing treatment at both the Royal Marsden and Yeovil hospitals for the illness.
She began chemotherapy treatment last year but was forced to cancel one of her latest sessions after her white blood cell count was discovered to be too low.
In addition, her liver levels were also too high.
Her cancer diagnosis comes after the Double Your House star lost her mum to the same disease when she was just 10 years old.
Sarah’s mother was 39 at the time of her passing.
The property expert recently celebrated finishing her run of chemotherapy on Instagram.
She wrote in a post: “Not sure what is making the sun shine the most – two days into steroids (happy pills!!!) – no more chemo or @the_entitled_sons releasing their best song yet…
“Yes Friday IS a good day xx #finishedchemo #HEAVENKNOWS @nickyjohnston”
