Minutes into introducing the players to show, Ben had all the viewers making the same joke about his pronunciation of one guests name.

Those at home watching couldn’t help but make fun out of the way Ben said the name “Eileen” during the show.

Some viewers even thought Ben had made a bet with the crew to see how many times he could keep saying the famous song name on the show.

Taking to Twitter one viewer wrote: “Please stop repeating her name Ben. I hate the pronunciation. #tippingpoint.”

Another poking fun at Ben joked: “Come along Eileen! #TippingPoint,”

A third penned: “Ben Shephard is definitely on a wager to see how many times he can say Come on Eileen! #TippingPoint.”

“It would be funnier if Eileen had been called Myfanwy #TippingPoint,” another viewer quipped.

A fifth also said: “Take a shot every time Ben says come on Eileen.”

However some viewers were not amused and a even few “switched off”.

One wrote: “Oh, there’s another come on Eileen.”

Another complained: “This is getting ridiculous now. How many times is Ben going to repeat her name. I’ve switched off now.”

A third added: “If he says it one more time I’m going to turn of the TV.”

Tipping Point airs at 4pm on weekdays on ITV.
